New Zealand Botanicals ...
New Zealand has a landscape, which ranges from the sub-tropical north to the stunning lakes and mountains of the south. It is a young and fresh country with wide-open skies and clean, clear water.
From this rich landscape, unique plants are hand-harvested in small batches and the rich extracts distilled. We take these extracts and incorporate them into lotions, creams and washes, along with sweet almond oil and manuka honey to create the first range of true New Zealand floral botanicals.
New Zealand Botanical Soaps
NZ Clematis, NZ Hebe, NZ Kowhai, NZ Manuka, NZ Pohutukawa and NZ Tecomanthe Moisturizing hand creams have the properties of manuka honey and flax seed oil.
Clematis
The Clematis is a climbing plant found throughout New Zealand. The large white flowers bloom abundantly in spring. Traditionally the leaves and sap were used to treat skin wounds. Bark shavings were used to counteract head cold symptoms.

Kowhai
The magnificent yellow flowers of the Kowhai tree announce the arrival of spring in New Zealand. This was a signal to the Maori (indigenous people of New Zealand) to plant the sweet potato. The Maori traditionally made a poultice from the bark of the Kowhai and applied it to wounds.

Manuka
The Manuka is one of the most common botanical species in New Zealand. It is well known for the healing properties of its oil and the remarkable Manuka honey.
