ild Country uses exclusively New Zealand pressed extra virgin olive oil in all our products. Their range of extra virgin olive oils are available in a range of different blends to suit every taste. Ideal as dipping oils, for use in homemade mayonnaise or use to baste meats on the grill. Brush homemade breads or use in bread or pizza dough. Brush or drizzle on vegetables such as potatoes, kumara, pumpkin or when grilling zucchini or aubergine on the barbecue.

Spiced Olive Oils
An ideal dipping oil. The rosemary and spices blend with this oil give it a wonderful taste. Goes well with our Dukkah. Available in 100ml, 250ml & 500ml.
Mediterranean Olive Oils
The rosemary and peppercorn medley blended with this oil give it a slightly more spicy taste. Drizzle over vegetables such as zucchini, peppers, red onions and eggplant before you roast. Include some of the peppercorns for a delicious roasted Mediterranean vegetable dish.
Lemon Infused Olive Oils
A beautiful cooking oil, complimenting chicken and fish. Also delicious added to dressings for a citrusy finish to mesculin salad greens. Available also in Lemon Chilli or Lemon Peppercorn. New 100ml Lemon Infused Gourmet Petite size ideal for gift baskets & hampers.
Garlic Infused Olive Oils

Wild Country Fine Foods...
From fairly humble beginnings, Wild Country Fine Foods (NZ) Ltd commenced operation in 1996. It all started with the idea of using interesting bottles to compliment the range of flavored olive oils and vinegars that were developed for the ever changing gourmet palate.
It is not just olive oils and vinegars that makes Wild Country a successful New Zealand business. Wild Country expanded its operation in 1998 to include a range of tasty chutneys, jams, relishes and pickles developing recipes and introducing New Zealander's to new tastes. "Many New Zealander's still make their own preserves with the produce that grow on trees at home or from family gardens. They tend to make recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
The Wild Country philosophy is not to compete with these people, they love what they do and we wouldn't want to change that for the world, but we can add another dimension to these recipes using exciting and not necessarily readily accessible ingredients and introduce our customers to new taste experiences.
Wild Country products are all natural. We use only the best ingredients and no artificial colors or preservatives in our products.
