I have been quite pleased with the entire process of searching for a product to relieve my aching shoulders, to discovering bee venom balm , to reading the very fine description of the chemical process for pain relief on your website, to ordering and receiving two jars of bee venom balm, to receiving some pain relief, and now, to receiving your cheerful note. I also found it interesting that a point was made in the literature to insure people that the bees were not harmed in the process of extracting venom - an unusually sensitive manufacturer in my opinion!
It is indeed a bit daunting to imagine shopping on-line for special products from a remote place, however, I would not hesitate to order from your company again, should I find another item of interest to me (or when I run short of bee venom balm).
I will be honest and say that the bee venom balm does emit a bit of medicinal odor, which, when applied at the shoulders, can become noticeable.
