The New Zealand brushtail possum was first introduced from Australia in 1858. It is a nocturnal marsupial the size of a large cat with soft luxurious fur. The possum population increased rapidly throughout New Zealand and today totals between 70 and 90 million.

Small is 9.45 inches (24 cm) from heel to toe

The sizings will vary slightly as the Possum and Merino Wool is a relatively loose knit and as they are hand finished, the seams widths will vary a little.
They come in 'natural' color only (a light milk chocolate color).
They don't have a sole and are really intended for indoor wear only. I have
been naughty and worn mine outside too and they have lasted about a year.
They are marvelously warm and comfortable though.
